Using your patient portal account, you will be able to manage your health information and communicate with providers in a secure, online environment – 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.

What Does the Portal Provide?

The portal allows you to:

  • Review appointments
  • Review diagnoses
  • Review medications
  • Communicate with your provider via secure messaging
  • Request prescription refills

How Do I Sign Up for A Portal Account?

There are two ways to sign up for a patient portal account:

  1. Visit the Patient Portal and click “I need to sign up”. Once you create your account, you will be prompted to search for and connect with available providers in your area.
  2. An invite to connect will also be sent via email following your first appointment. Click here to learn more about creating an account from an invitation.

Can I View Office Notes, Labs, or MRI Results?

Medical notes and test results are not available within the portal at this time. However, you may request a copy of your medical records be sent directly to you or to another medical office.

Does the Portal Allow Patients to Fill Out Forms Online?

The portal does not allow forms to be filled out online. However, forms can be printed and filled out prior to your appointment.

Can I Pay My Bill Using the Portal?

At this time, payments can not be made through the portal. However, your bill can be paid online at any time using our secure ezPatientPay system.

Can I Schedule an Appointment Using the Portal?

Appointments can not be scheduled through the portal; however, appointments can be scheduled online using our secure online appointment form.
