Congratulations to Towson Orthopaedic Associates’ Dr. Richard Winakur who finished in 7th Place in his age group in the 15th Annual Baltimore Marathon, Saturday, October 17th, 2015. The marathon generally draws over 25,000 participants and runs through the streets of Baltimore including Inner Harbor, Federal Hill, and Fells Point.
