I had a very good visit for a cortisone shot due to a problem with the tendon sheath in my wrist. Dr. Wolock had me try several weeks of a more conservative treatment (ice, NSAIDs and a brace) first. But that didn’t work completely so I went back for the shot. He was very kind and explained everything thoroughly (because I do not like shots). It did not take long at all. He has done surgery on me in the past (for an unrelated issue) and I recommend him highly.rater8 Verified Patient

Dr Wolock is wonderful. He just repaired my rotator cuff and previously reattached the tendon in my finger. He is warm, understanding, very knowledgeable and very smart. He listens and gives very sound, good advice and direction. I felt very confident knowing he was my doctor and surgeon and it helped ease any pre-op neevousness. My 9 yr old daughter broke her left pinky finger and was a total diva and devastated about it. He didn't get anoid when I asked if I could call my husband so he could ask questions from work. He answered all with patience and put us all at ease . His staff is also a great asset. While being wrapped in my soft cast I was told everything that was going to happen and even though I was still in pain I felt more at ease . Dr. Wolock was very efficient. Explained things to me and was able to operate on my broken wrist the following morning. Surgery seemed to go well needing screws and a plate. He even called me the next day to check on me. The office also called to make sure all was good. I’ll be seeing him in a few weeks to see how my wrist is healing. Well just want to start by saying Dr Wolock is awesome, I went to him as a second opinion and I have every confidence that he has fixed me, he was confident going in that he could I had my surgery on 6/7 and I can tell already it's fixed. He was kind and compassionate and he actually called me to see how I was, I cannot believe he did that I have never had a Dr do that before. More drs need to be like him. I went to him as a second opinion, and I am glad I did. The first doctor had advised me that their was nothing he could do to help even though an MRI had shown a torn posterior and anterior labrum, as well as a partially dislocated bi-cep. He spent the time to talk with me and determine what was causing my pain, he listened and advised he could perform the surgery. It went by very well and he called the same evening of the date of surgery. I will be doing my follow up, but thanks to him other than surgical pains the pain that I was in for months is gone.
